Dusavoir operates a platform connecting recruiters and freelancers. This policy describes the personal data processing carried out through the site.
2. Data we collect
- Account: name, email address, password (encrypted), role (recruiter or freelancer), language.
- Profile: photo, bio, skills, portfolio, CV, rates, location (freelancers); logo, description, contact details (companies).
- Activity: posted projects, sent quotes, exchanged messages, reviews.
- Payments: purchase history and invoices. Your card details are processed exclusively by our payment providers and never pass through our servers.
- Newsletter: email address and language, if you subscribe.
3. Why we use it

4. Retention periods
- Account data: for the lifetime of the account, then legal archiving.
- Invoices and billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation).

- Messages and content: lifetime of the account, unless legally required otherwise.
5. Who accesses your data?
Your data is accessible to our authorised team and to our technical processors (hosting, emailing, payment), within the limits of their tasks and under confidentiality agreements. We never sell your data.
6. Your rights
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection. You may withdraw your consent at any time (for example, unsubscribe from the newsletter).

7. Security
Encrypted passwords, secure connections (HTTPS), restricted access, payment data entrusted to certified providers: we apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data processed.

The site uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation (session, security, language and theme preferences). No third-party advertising cookie is set without your consent.
9. Changes
This policy may evolve. The last update date appears at the top of the page; substantial changes will be notified to registered users.
