How does Dusavoir work?
Dusavoir is a platform that connects recruiters and freelancers around missions. A recruiter posts a mission for free (it is reviewed by the team before going live); freelancers discover it in the catalog and send a quote, which consumes one token from their pack. The recruiter compares the quotes received, accepts one, and a conversation opens automatically between the two parties.

To accept a quote, open your mission detail, find the desired application in "Quotes received" and click **Accept**. Your mission moves to "Awarded" status, the other freelancers who applied are notified, and a conversation opens automatically with the selected freelancer.

Quotes sent by freelancers appear directly on your mission's detail page, in the "Quotes received" section. Each quote shows the amount proposed, the estimated duration and an introductory message from the freelancer: this is the basis on which you compare applications before accepting one.

On Dusavoir, sending a quote to a recruiter costs 1 token. Your token balance comes from the packs you have bought: they add up (packs stack) and, in the current configuration, do not expire. When your balance reaches zero, sending quotes is blocked until you buy a new pack.
Read the guide QuotesWhat token packs are available?
Dusavoir offers 4 token packs for freelancers: Starter, Pro, Expert and Agency, each granting a different number of quotes, with no time limit. They are accessible from the Packs page, and a pack already active is shown as "Current plan".

As long as your email isn't verified, access to your recruiter or freelancer dashboard remains blocked. Check your spam folder, then use the resend button available on the verification screen to receive a new link.
Read the guide TroubleshootingI can't send a quote, what should I do?
The most common cause is a token balance at zero: sending quotes is blocked as long as you have no credit available. Check your balance from your freelancer dashboard and buy a new pack if needed.
Read the guide TroubleshootingI can't log in, what should I do?
First check that your email and password are correct, then that your email address has been verified: without verification, access to your dashboard remains blocked even after a successful login. If you forgot your password, use the reset option.
Read the guide TroubleshootingMy freelancer profile is not visible, why?
Every freelancer profile change goes through a review by the Dusavoir team before being published: while it is "pending review", your last approved version remains visible instead. If it was rejected, a reason is shown so you can fix it.
