Terms of service

Article 1 : Purpose

These terms of service govern access to and use of the Dusavoir platform , which connects recruiters posting projects with freelancers offering their services.

Article 2 : Acceptance

Registering on the Platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Platform.

Article 3 : Registration and account

• Registration is open to any adult with legal capacity.
• Two account types exist: recruiter and freelancer.
• You undertake to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Login credentials are strictly personal; you are responsible for any activity carried out from your account.
• A valid, verified email address is required to activate the account.

Article 4 : How the Platform works

4.1 For recruiters

Posting projects is free. Every project is reviewed by the moderation team before going live. The recruiter undertakes to describe their needs and budget honestly.

4.2 For freelancers

Sending a quote consumes one token. Tokens are purchased in paid packs; their validity period (limited or unlimited) is stated before purchase. Consumed tokens are non-refundable, including when the quote is not selected.

Article 5 : Payments

Payments are processed by secure payment providers. Prices are displayed inclusive of taxes. An invoice is issued for every purchase. In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tokens already consumed.

Article 6 : User obligations

It is prohibited, in particular, to:

• publish false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful content;
• bypass the Platform to avoid using tokens;
• impersonate a third party or create multiple accounts for abusive purposes;
• collect other users' data without their consent.

Article 7 : Role of the Platform

Dusavoir is a technical intermediary. The Platform is not a party to any contract concluded between recruiter and freelancer and guarantees neither the outcome of projects, nor the quality of services, nor payment between the parties.

Article 8 : Suspension and termination

In the event of a breach of these Terms, Dusavoir reserves the right to suspend or delete an account, after notification. Users may delete their account at any time from their settings.

Article 9 : Intellectual property

The Platform, its brand, design and content are protected. Each user retains ownership of the content they publish and grants Dusavoir a display licence limited to the operation of the service.
